I am looking good, swollen in cheek area. I have a compression garment that the nurse said to wear 3 hours a day for swelling. Will more than 3 hours be better? Is sleeping with the garment a good idea?

Your cardiologist should probably be fine with giving you clearance so  you can get a lower face/neck lift under local and would be easy to undergo and usually with dramatic results.
