Hi, I had a tear trough filler (Restylane) 2 days ago and ever since I have a brownish under eye line (left eye in the pic) as seen in the pic. I had some bruising and swelling, I have been icing constantly and applying arnica gel, the swelling has gone down significantly and the bruising at injection site is less but still there (pink spot in the pic). However I am concerned what the brownish hue is. Is that because of the bruise, swelling or is it a Tyndall effect? I am really worried.

Thank you for your question. I prefer using Juvederm or Restylane Refyne in the nasolabial folds. Please make sure you get a in person consultation from a board-certified dermatologist.
