I had my tear trough done (Restylane) with a cannula 10 days ago by a certified doctor and have developed defined dark lines under both eyes the right worse. Can someone please tell me if they think it may be tyndall or hyperpigmentation or something else?

Hi @ amb401! Swelling can take up to two weeks to resolve. You can try applying a cold compress and sleeping with your head elevated to minimize the swelling. If you are unhappy with the results after two weeks, you can dissolve the filler with Hyaluronidase. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!
