I am about 40 pounds above my ideal weight but i am having rhinoplasty next month and am considering doing buccal fat removal at the same time. I really like my cheekbones and would like to accentuate them a bit more.

I have a feeling both procedures will leave you disappointed.
Fundamentally facial aesthetics are based on bone structure.
I suggest having multiple in person consultations with senior plastic surgeons in your area.
