Am I a candidate for buccal fat removal? (Photo)

I am about 40 pounds above my ideal weight but i am having rhinoplasty next month and am considering doing buccal fat removal at the same time. I really like my cheekbones and would like to accentuate them a bit more.

In my opinion you'll be better off getting necktite which is a type of minimally invasive (no stitches) fat reduction and skin tightening procedure. In my office we get great results for people like you using that modality.

You are definitely a candidate for buccal fat removal. This would reduce some of the fullness in your cheeks and take some of the weight off your lower cheeks and jawline.
