I'm looking at some plastic surgery options to improve appearance. I believe I'm 100% on getting under jaw/neck subdermal liposuction, but now I'm thinking a rhinoplasty would help improve my facial harmony and facial thirds etc. Looking for a professional opinion before I try consulting with an actual clinic if this would be worth it. I fell on my nose as a baby, and have always been insecure of it being piggy and squashed looking. Going between the 2 versions shows major diff.

Answer: Rhinoplasty Based on these photos, you may benefit from rhinoplasty which will address lenghtening of your nose, as on your second photo. However, this type of rhinoplasty will need a board certified plastic surgeon, rhinoplasty expert, which "clinics" may not always provide. Good luck.
