In my professional opinion, everybody has different facial features and according to your pictures you have a thick skin, therefore you need to set realistic expectations in terms of reduction, your nose can be reduced as much as your tissues will allow that to do so. Personally, I prefer Closed Atraumatic Technique which is the least invasive surgical approach with a relatively short downtime. Moreover, during rhinoplasty a wing surgery can also help to achieve similar nostril size and create harmony among your facial features.
