Is it normal to grow a cyst where cartilage was inserted after rhinoplasty? (photo)

May of 2021 I had surgery (8 hours with my ent). Collapsed nasal valve repair, septum repair, turbinate reduction ect. When I got my cast removed I had a lump at the top of my nasal bridge. He told me it would go away. It did not. Kenalog was injected and it's still here. I'm not sure what this bump is dermatologist have said its a sebaceous cyst, inflammatory cyst, and now an epidermal inclusion cyst. A facial plastic surgeon is going to remove it, but could it be something else?

In allergic periods, your turbinate organ may grow back and cause the same problems. If there is a deviation from the septum, the real solution would be to perform septoplasty and turbinate reduction together.

Hello! I see what you're referring to. It could be cartilage or it could still be swelling. Steroid injections will help determine if it's swelling. If it is, the swelling should improve slowly. Nightly taping and compressions over the area will also help. I would continue to give it time as...
