Good afternoon, I feel like I have pretty bad body dysmorphia and I've been researching surgeries I want I do but from a Drs perspective what would your suggestions be for my face to make it look more proportionate and attractive? These are my thoughts when I look at my photos: - too long forehead: hairline lowering? - small eyes / winkled eyelids: would a upper Blepharoplasty open my eyes more? - bump on nose / bulbous nose tip: rhinoplasty - undefined jawline, smile lines, temple: filler

That bump could be a cyst or it could be cartilage showing through your skin. Your dermatologist might not be able to tell the difference. You should return to your original surgeon for more accurate assessment
In allergic periods, your turbinate organ may grow back and cause the same problems. If there is a deviation from the septum, the real solution would be to perform septoplasty and turbinate reduction together.
