Left side of face sagging more than right - what should I do? (Photos)

Question

Left side of my face is sagging more then right. Left peak of lip lower. When I talk my mouth is noticeably more to the right of my nose. I think because loser on left. I am on video a lot and it is bothering me. What should I do? Can I get threads on the left side only? Mini facelift? Thank you

Thank you for your question and photos. The asymmetry you’re referring to may be caused by a loss of volume. An autologous fat transfer uses your body’s own fat to restore volume to certain areas of the face to balance your facial features, creating a youthful and long-lasting result. The left side ages  faster because of all the sun on that side you get when driving. A facelift would be a reasonable procedure although you seem a bit young. Perhaps wait five years

Great posted photos. Yes it is not unusual for aging to be asymmetrical, as seen in your left face. I DO NOT recommend threading - waste of time and $$$s - does not last more then few weeks!
