Far apart boobs - desires better cleavage

Thank you for your question. A large portion of my practice is dedicated to revision breast surgery. This is usually a straightforward fix with an internal bra procedure, otherwise known as capsulorrhaphy. I wrote the very first paper on this 20 years ago. Without photos at the very least, not much can be said about you. However, the leaner or smaller breasted someone is, the more unnatural large and high profile implants look. It can also accentuate cleavage distance.

You did not post photos, so I cannot be specific. The bases of your breasts cannot be moved. Some women will stay far apart. Fat transfer might be helpful in the middle to give more closeness and does not disturb the nipple placements.

Pre and post-op photos would aid immensely in correctly answering your questions. You are correct that Moderate + or Moderate + X implants are wider than high profile implants and these along with larger implants would give more width to fill your breast pockets, but it also depends on your chest anatomy. If you have a wide sternum, then it may be difficult to obtain tight cleavage.

Generally speaking (and can't say much without pictures) if you have too wide a gap in the midline, you need wider diameter implants.It doesn't matter the profile, they just need a higher diameter. However, too wide can lead to unibreast.
