I think I have Symmastia , I saw my surgeon at 8 weeks post op but he said I didn’t but he would look at stirching my chest wall down and removing tissue. I really don’t want tissue removing as I may not want implants forever. I had a full uplift with 240CC mod plus Xtra implant. I also feel like my left breast is much bigger and wider and that overall the implants are too wide for my chest. I had over the muscle.

Answer: It's not a severe case but some steps need to be underteken to prevent worsening.
Typically, keeping the implants behind the muscle gives good support to your implants. Your own tissue is sagging and may need an internal mesh bra for better support. Moving the implants in front will remove the waterfall effect, but you may sag more.
You will go up at least one cup size larger, and perhaps a little more. Just adding volume will not correct sagging unless it is very mild. Going larger will be heavy or your neck and shoulders and increase the risk of sagging even more. The 550 cc implants are large and heavy.
Dear nytonjgal,
it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.
