Im 25F, had a nose job (asian nose bridge implant, no cartilage used, just goretex) 5-6 years ago. Recently noticed a dent on the tip of my nose (photos included), it doesnt hurt and doesnt look like the implant is poking out but cant help but wonder if the implant is slowly sliding down, hence creating the indent, or if its a keloid scar forming at the incision site for the implant (keloid scar inside of nose , pulling the outside skin inward creating a dent?). Thank you in advance.
