1500-1800 grafts should suffice for your hairline and temple work. The bald patch should not be transplanted if it is caused by alopecia areata or other inflammatory scalp condition. If it is from trauma or something called triangular alopecia (because of this location), it can be transplanted. Bottom line, you should see a dermatologist for a proper diagnosis of the bald patch. You may require a biopsy unless you give a history that further clarifies what it is.

Hair transplant surgery is not about "how many grafts" you need, but about how a doctor can match your goals and expectations.  Some may be happy with 1500 grafts while others may not be happy even with 3000 grafts.  The results also depend on the artistry and the skill of a doctor.  Two different doctors may produce drastically different results using the same number of grafts.

This could take anywhere from 1000 to 2000 grafts, depending on your hair thickness, etc. which can't easily be determined unless you have a consultation in person. Average price is 5-10$ per graft for FUE, that depends on the doctor (and often larger procedures will come with a lower per graft price). For exact estimates you need to see someone in person.

Judging from your photos, I would estimate that it would take about 1700 grafts to lower your hairline and fill in the birth defect in your scalp. On the frontal hairline, you will need 1400-2000 grafts.  I would be interested to determine the precise cause of the patch of hair loss on the side of your head.  If this is a scar from childbirth, you can certainly graft this with about 80-150 grafts.  You may need a second pass of grafts.  I think you are being aggressive in your temple points.  I don't like this design.  Many doctors build this, but it is not natural at all.   

You would need about 1,500- 2,000 grafts to lower the hairline as you desired. A great first step would be an online consultation. Often you can submit photos to top hair restoration surgeons for a complimentary evaluation. This should help lead you in the right direction. Having multiple consultations with different doctors cannot hurt. 

It is difficult to estimate without a doctor actually examining you since your hair may be very fine or quite thick!  Most surgeries of this sort end up in the 1900-2200 graft range.
