The bald patch should not be transplanted if it is caused by alopecia areata or other inflammatory scalp condition. If it is from trauma or something called triangular alopecia (because of this location), it can be transplanted. Bottom line, you should see a dermatologist for a proper diagnosis of the bald patch. You may require a biopsy unless you give a history that further clarifies what it is.

I agree with the doctor also answering this question that the design drawn in your temple area is too far forward and will not look natural. If I had to guess I would think between 1500-2000 FU.
