Transplanted hairs will turn gray in the same manner as your donor hairs will turn grey.  Surgery does not accelerate the graying process.

There should be no issue but it is best to check with your doctor who performed your surgery in case there are issue specific to your situation. 

Sometimes transplanted hair can grow out very frizzy or curly.  It is not common but it can happen.  You need to follow up with your doctor.

It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen.   Minoxidil is not necessary for transplanted hairs to grow.
