Is there a way to darken a birthmark?

I have a birthmark on my arm that is a lot lighter than my skin colour (I'm naturally tanned). Most people want to lighten theirs but I need to darken mine. Is this possible

This is tough to answer without pictures, but it sounds like this could be darkened for you with medical tattooing. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer
