Birthmark removal on upper lip. Possible? Will facial hair grow? (photos)

Hey guys, I have a birthmark on my upper lip. It's obviously very embarrassing... was throughout my entire childhood. Attached photo is 5ish years ago. I haven't shaved since then. My mustache hides it well. But I still would like it gone. It is dark brown and thicker, it slightly hangs over my lip line. Is t possible to have this removed? Lightened? If it is removed would it still be possible to grow hair? How bad would scarring be? Is there a general PS cost for this? Sorry for all the Q's!

Thank you for your question! These can easily be treated by shaving or freezing them off. A rough cost estimate would be about $250 for 15 spots. I would not suggest doing more than 30 at a time as the recovery could be uncomfortable. Best of luck!
