5 days post op 460cc saline under muscle implants - when will I start seeing cleavage or being able to make cleavage? (photo)

Question

I was a 34 AA cup before surgery, I received 460 cc's each breast, saline, under the muscle. Just wondering how long before they start to get a little more formed on the inner breast portion and cleavage can be obtained? Feel like they are a little weird looking at this point. Also I am 5'4 120 pounds. Thank you!! Oh and if any of you could give me an estimated new cup size that would be amazing and yes I understand it would only be an estimate. Thanks again.

Thank you for your question. You are still early in the post-operative period. It typically takes 3 - 6 months for the swelling to subside and and implants to settle into proper position. Please discuss your concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon. Also, make sure you follow all of your plastic surgeons post-operative instructions regarding level of physical activity and use of a support bra. Hope this helps and good luck with your recovery.

Hello, it can take months for the final result to be apparent, but already it looks like your implants are sitting symmetrically.  It's not possible to predict your final cup size.  Implant manufacturers' bra cup sizes are not standardized your final bra cup size will depend which type of bra you buy.

But you appear to have wide set breasts so implants will nOT improve the cleavage, sorry. Best to seek in person visit to your chosen surgeon fir a more detailed explanation...
