Most effective for tightening jawline and neck: Titan, Fractora RF, or Vivace?

I am 50 with healthy skin but loss of definition and early laxity around jaw line and neck. Im considering the three modalities above. In your opinion which would be most effective? Also - if downtime were no object, how would Pearl laser compare?

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

Thermage FLX is the best laser to tighten the skin.  The new technology has the best way to tighten the skin and produce new collagen.   It works much better than the other lasers you inquired about.  With this radio frequency technology you will see the jowls and neck tighten.   Please consult a board certified dermatologist who is an expert in Thermage for the best cosmetic results. It In order to achieve non surgical skin tightening you must entry the deep dermis and superficial facial system.  Superficial lasers of such as pearl or fraxel will not achieve long lasting skin tightening,  only improve skin texture and color.     superficial heating devices only have minimal results.  Examples include: titan, skintyte, thermage, venus.  Examples of technology that treat deep and tighten skin are ultherapy, radiofrequency microneedling and slightly more invasive procedures like renuvion/jplasma or facetite.    vivace and fractora are generation 1 radiofrequency microneedling devices.  Fractora has significant risk and vivace is underpowered in my opinion.   I would recommend a 2nd generation rf microneedling  device such as lutronics genius in possible combination with renuvion for most dramatic minimally invasive results.
