I am a 52 years old female recently experiencing increased hair breakage at the sides and front the scalp (3 cm from the skin). My hair was always fine in diameter and limp.I am using ammonia free hair colour and I have only roots done.My diet is balanced, I leave a healthy life style ,I am taking Omeprazole and I did have general anaesthesia x2 in the last 2 years( plastic surgery).I have visited specialist hair clinic and vitamin supplements and a course of PPP treatment was recommended for my problem.

Answer: Hair is dead. PRP will not help with hair "breakage" or split ends. You cannot repair a dead tree branch with fertilizer.
