I had nice and very densed hair, (date of birth : 19-03-1988)...(I suffered from measle in 2001).... from 2002 I noticed that I am suffering from excessive dandruff and then hair fall also....the doctor prescribed Ketoconazole shampoo....some results for dandruff but no result in hairfall...in 2011 a dermatologist prescribed minoxidil and finasteride tablet but no result...now my bald spots are coming out...Please help

If you have genetic hair loss there is no cure to "bring back your lost hair".  See a doctor for a proper exam and treatment options.
