How to get back my lost hair? (photos)

I had nice and very densed hair, (date of birth : 19-03-1988)...(I suffered from measle in 2001).... from 2002 I noticed that I am suffering from excessive dandruff and then hair fall also....the doctor prescribed Ketoconazole shampoo....some results for dandruff but no result in hairfall...in 2011 a dermatologist prescribed minoxidil and finasteride tablet but no result...now my bald spots are coming out...Please help

If you have genetic male pattern balding there is no reversing or stopping the progressive hair loss.  There is no one time treatment that will "cure" hair loss.

The results of ACell and PRP probably factors around the cost more than the results since there are no clear consensus on even if it works as advertised. As long as you understand there is no such thing as "stopping" genetic hair loss and that you need to pay a fee to continue with either...

PRP is basically your own blood product. There are different techniques to obtain PRP but it mostly has to do with companies selling different products to doctors (and patients) claiming their method is "the best".You can still obtain PRP the old fashion way using regular lab centrifuge...

Finasteride is a drug you take to lower DHT levels for treatment androgenic alopecia in men. PRP injection is completely different.  See a doctor for your options.

You need to see your doctor for realistic expectations. Just because you had a PRP or Acell treatment does not mean you automatically see results.
