Does mixing PRP with lidocaine in the syringe make the PRP less effective for scalp and face rejuvenation?

I got PRP done at a clinic & the nurses mixed basically 1/2 part my PRP & 1/2 part Lidocaine. The doctor then came in & injected it all over my face and front of scalp. My face swelled up. I'm about 24 hours later & the swelling is finally going down. BUT I read online in clinical studies that lidocaine makes the PRP less effective when it's mixed together (i'm not saying applied to face separately just in the same syringe.) Please let me know what the most effective procedure is? thank you.

Answer: Using lidocaine to prevent pain during PRP injections could compromise the therapeutic potential of PRP.
