Is it safe to put my nipple piercing back in after Breast Augmentation?

Hi! I had my nipple pierced years ago and recently got subglandular BA. Since then Iv put the bar in a few times just to keep it open then removed it straight away. I used alcohol swabs to clean it each time.Is there higher chance of CC especially give I have subglandular? I'm worried I've already introduced bacteria, should I do a course of antibiotics to be safe? I might sound silly but it's safer to ask!! Thanks!!!
