I do not see any reason why you would not be able to dye your hair before your augmentation procedure.

Dyeing your hair the day before your breast augmentation will not be a problem. Some of my patients are keen for their breast augmentation not to be too noticeable afterwards, for example, when they return to work. I advise them to change their hair colour or hairstyle as a kind of distraction.
