Which lip filler provides the most volume?

Restylane-L, Restylane Defyne and also Refyne as well as Juvederm Ultra Plus should fill the lips with some lift as well. Restylane Lyft and Volume have higher G’ or cohesivity, and could feel too firm, swell too much, and/or be lumpy. I agree that the skill of the injector is a more important determinant of your happiness than the exact filler, as more than one filler can accomplish what a patient is looking for.

Volumizing fillers such as Juvederm Ultra Plus or Restylane Lyft would be the best options to create more fullness.

there is no one best filler for upper lips.  I prefer restylane but i know talented dermatologists who use juvederm and other HA fillers.. Find and expert filler in you area and have him use what he prefers.. Since the results are not permanent, you can even try a different HA next time and see which you prefer.  Years ago i did a side by side comparison and the patients generally could not tell a difference.
