Hi, I am post-tumelsecent lipo Day5 and have keloid prone skin. whats the best way to care for these incisions to minimise scarring? My doctor suggests leaving them unwrapped, and thats what I did for days2 and 3, and scabs started forming. Research seems to suggests wound heal better covered (with some vaseline over it?). Is that true? And after doing that in day3/4 - scabs are gone, incisions look clean, except for 2 which has a thin white film over it with no pain. Is that normal?
