I started Finasteride for hairloss 7 months ago, and since then, I have gained some weigh but can stop worrying about gyno as a side effect. I do not have any lumps in my breast tissue, I am not tender at all and there is not itchiness puffiness of my nipple. My whole chest just feels fuller and I can cup it.

Answer: Gynecomastia Dear kristianlagreca, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Gynecomastia vs pseudogynecomastia you do have gynecomastia, but a very mild degree of itTreatment for you would be a combination lipo on the chest all the way to the axila and then extraction of the small remaining glandular tissue Recovery time is about 10 days
