Will my lower eyelid raise and outer corner will go upward tilt once the swelling goes down? (photo)

Thank you for sharing your photos.  The shape of your eyes has improved after surgery and the lateral hooding (the excess skin hooding over the outer part of your eyes) has lessened compared to your pre-op photo.  Lateral canthopexy can tighten the lower lid and create a mild upward tilt effect but in order to get the almond shape effect in the 3rd photo, you may need a medial epicanthoplasty to accentuate that.  I agree that you should wait for the full result at around 6 months before contemplating revision/ more procedures.  Best of luck!Goretti H. Best to allow healing for 3 months and then re-evaluate. However, I don't expect the lower eyelids to raise with canthopexy alone. It usually requires lower eyelid elevation to achieve that.

based on your post op picture, it is way too early to tell your final outcome or shape.  allow all the swelling to resolve and have some scar maturation which will take up to 6 months to a year....at that time if you are not satisfied you can do a revision.  your pre op eyes are very different than the desired eyes you want and the lower eyes do change shape when there is animation....resting position vs smiling position.  if you do want your corner of your eyes to go up more, your eyes can become more narrower in width.  for now you can only wait and let time allow things to heal.  hope this helps.

I agree with the other surgeon.  I would re-eval in 2-3 months post surgery.  You seem to be healing well for 10 days post-op.  The lower eyelid may need to be elevated via CANTHOPLASTY to raise corner.
