Hi and thanks for the photos and your question. Based on your photos, you seem to be a good candidate for Asian double eyelid. However, in order to perform Asian double eyelid, surgery is required to remove any excess fat or skin. Please consult in person with a board certified plastic surgeon that has extensive experience in performing Asian double eyelid surgery. Best wishes!

I am sorry you are struggling with this. It looks like your surgeon did a good job. It is very early and changes can be expected but I think your eyelids look better than before surgery. For your specific questions, it is best to visit again with your surgeon and discuss your concerns.
It is not common to have pain after non incision upper eyelid surgery but I have seen a couple of patients during my practice years. It usually subsides within 4 weeks and I believe it is due to non visible bruise. I believe you can have this problem resolved quicker by warm compress...
As a twelve days post operation your recovery is excellent. Lid crease is pretty symmetrical and would healing is very good. As healing progress the crease size is getting smaller. As far as ptosis concern left eye show somewhat slow response. You can watch how it improves and it is too...
