The result of the surgery has been perfect. However recently I noticed the crease of the left eye disappeared occasionally that i had to use double eyelid tape to reestablish the crease. It returned after sticking on the tape for a while. Is redoing the surgery with DST possible? thanks!

Preop shows minimal asymmetry. Very slight (if any) ptosis on the left side, which is the side with the issues. At this stage, looks pretty symmetric and healing on schedule. Hang tight, I suspect you'll have a nice result.
I am sorry you are struggling with this. It looks like your surgeon did a good job. It is very early and changes can be expected but I think your eyelids look better than before surgery. For your specific questions, it is best to visit again with your surgeon and discuss your concerns.
It is not common to have pain after non incision upper eyelid surgery but I have seen a couple of patients during my practice years. It usually subsides within 4 weeks and I believe it is due to non visible bruise. I believe you can have this problem resolved quicker by warm compress...
