I did a double eyelid surgery (without upper eyelid fat removal) when travelling in Asia. Now it's been more than one and a half years after the surgery. However the double eyelid crease is still a bit high and thick and my eyes look puffy. This seems the final result since it’s been so long after the surgery. Should I go for a revision to make the crease lower and my eyes look less puffy? Will simply the removal of upper eyelid fat achieve the result? Your professional opinions are much appreciated!

Your concerns can be best addressed with surgery. However if you're not willing to undergo a surgical procedure you can use eyelid tape or fiber to achieve a temporary double eyelid.

if you are only 11 days post op, your fold height will continue to settle but not sure if it is accurate to say it will decrease by 50% at 3 months. if your surgeon set the fold at your desired height, it should setting to that point. hope this helps.
