Your crease is too high for an asian eyelid operation. I prefer a lower crease given your eyelid shape.
hi,things can continue to change up to 6 months but from your 3 months post op picture, the height of the fold will most likely not change. it appears you are young but with aging, you will get more hooding as times goes by. At this point, you are not a candidate to lower your crease......just need to give time. as for the fullness under the incision/fold line, it can continue to thin out with time.....up to 1 year before you consider any revision. you can ask your surgeon if he did remove some muscle as well. hope this helps.dr david kahng

Your concerns can be best addressed with surgery. However if you're not willing to undergo a surgical procedure you can use eyelid tape or fiber to achieve a temporary double eyelid.
