What is the cost of breast reduction/implant?

Okay so I used to have quite large boobs, about an E cup and weighed between 60 and 65 no more. I now weigh between 50-53. And my boobs have shrunk quite a bit. They have gone really saggy and I have loose skin around it that sometimes will jumble up in a bikini and it’s real embarrassing. I guess I just want to know what procedure I have to do. Definitely don’t want them bigger. They’ve cause me major back problems and have caused me to hunch over so I just hate them and I’m only 22.

Is it right for you?If so, and you plan to be around your current weight, plus feel that your breasts have sag, then the only practical solution is a surgical breast lift. You don't need to be bigger doing this. But there is a discussion around whether small implants are going to be needed to add projection. Well it will depend a bit on what you look like now and where you want to get to .
Most likely you will need a breast lift . This will fix the sag and tighten the stretched skin envelope .
It may also be you will need an implant , either with the lift or at a second stage so that you don't stretch up too much again .
It will take a consultation , a careful examination and a lot of discussion to know exactly what will work best for you .
See a plastic surgeon who is experienced in breast surgery and start the journey .

The cost of a reduction can range from $5000-7000 while a breast augmentation can be between $5500 and $8500, depending on your choice of implant, if a lift is required, etc. Prices vary based on location and your individual surgeon's fees. Please be sure to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon to ask any questions you may have.

Hi - it sounds like you may need a lift or possibly even a reduction rather than implants.  Implants will make your breasts larger.  Pricing depends on whether you have insurance & whether there is an item number applicable but in my practice would be no more than $11990. I hope this helps.  Kind regards Kim
