What is this popping feeling/noise in my right breast? (Bilateral silicone 375cc, below the muscle. Surgery July 2017.)

It pops when doing movements, ie., lying on my side, taking a deep breath, jogging, everyday simple motions. It’s audible. I was able to take a deep breath & reproduce it for my surgeon. When it pops, I can push it towards my breast bone, & make it “pop back.” I’m discouraged; it’s been happening almost since surgery. My surgeon said she’s never seen it in her 20 years of experience & would look into it. Looking for help. Worried about having surgery again & having the same problem again.
