I work at an office but am interested in breast implants. The thing is I cannot really afford to miss work. Is this something depending upon the surgery I could do on like a Friday and go back to work the following Monday?

Some patients recovery quickly, and returning to a desk job after 3 days can be reasonable. Others, however, take a longer time to feel well enough to resume work. Unfortunately, it is impossible to predict how you specifically will respond. Is it possible you will feel well enough after 3 days? Yes. Is it possible you will need to take more time? Yes.
