How fast can I go back to work after breast implants?

This is perfectly feasible for someone to have surgery on a Thursday or a Friday and return to work Monday. There are some weight lift restrictions, but being in an office, I am assuming you do not lift anything heavy for work. 
However, returning to work all depends on your pain tolerance and how you perceive pain. There are those who think a breast augmentation is a walk in the park and others who feel like they are not able to handle it. 
With all that being said, I wish you the best of luck and think it is definitely doable! 

I typically advise that
breast augmentation patients plan on taking it easy for the first 2 weeks of
their recovery and resume daily activities as they feel comfortable. As long as
you are healing normally, you should be safe to return to work on the Monday
after your surgery provided that your job is not physically strenuous. It is
important that you do not do any heavy lifting in the first 4-6 weeks of your
recovery. I recommend that you discuss these concerns with your surgeon.  Best of luck!

Typically in my
practice the patient goes back to work after 48 hours. You can resume your
daily activities too. You just have to avoid heavy arm exercises or weight
lifting for 6-8 weeks. 

We often perform breast augmentation surgery on Fridays and patients are able to return to office work the following Monday. We don't use any surgical drain tubes or other items that would impede a patients ability to return to work early. We would be happy to see you in our Seattle clinic.

Time off work after breast augmentation can vary widely. Job demands such as lifting can influence physician recommendations. Some patients recovery quickly, and returning to a desk job after 3 days can be reasonable. Others, however, take a longer time to feel well enough to resume work. Unfortunately, it is impossible to predict how you specifically will respond. Is it possible you will feel well enough after 3 days? Yes. Is it possible you will need to take more time? Yes. So you should be able to have surgery on Friday and return to a desk job on Monday. If your work involves lifting, then plan on being off for a week. Exercise and normal activity can resume typically a month after your breast augmentation surgery. Please keep in mind, this is for breast augmentation alone. If you need a breast lift in addition to breast augmentation, then the recovery time will be prolonged.

I think that given the right patient and the right circumstances, it would be entirely reasonable for you to have surgery on a Friday and going back on Monday if you can limit heavy lifting and strenuous activity at work.
