I'm only 25, and I've had these since I was a child and they're only getting worse. I get told they're mid-cheek grooves and that I need fillers, and then I get told I have congenital festoons that need surgery. Do I have both? I clearly have large fat pads underneath my eyes, so it's not just a mid-cheek groove. What can be done to address this? I've tried fillers, low-sodium diet, supplements, etc. and nothing helps. I don't mind a small groove, just want the large bags gone.
