Question

I have lost quite a volume in my temporal area in last year and half , (near the eyes and sides of forehead )as a result my upper face looks quite thin , is there a any procedure available to treat this ? I know fillers can enhance the temples but I m looking to treat the sides of forehead as well . I am providing by photos from before and the current one . Plz advise

Hello. Filler injections can help restore the volume lost in the temporal areas, including the sides of the forehead. It is typically due to fat loss as we age, and not necessarily bone loss. Hope this helps.

A number of fillers would be appropriate in this area including the best choice in my opinion would be Radiesse, Bellafill which are biostimulators stimulating your own collagen and are longer lasting than hyaluronic fillers or Sculptra, another biostimulator that requires a series of treatments.

You can use fillers to restore some of the volume loss we experience in the temples as we age, which is almost always loss of fat rather than bone. You can use Hyaluronic acid fillers for an immediate improvement that is temporary or you can use Sculptra to increase the amount of collagen, but it takes a couple of treatments to see the results but it lasts longer.
