Hi there! I really want to balance my side profile out and would love to hear you’re opinions on what I should do to get the look I want. I have a very pointy chin in my opinion, which I don’t like. Very strong jawline but also a bit of fat under my chin & I’d love to have a more oval shaped jawline from the side. Also I’ve never had any fillers etc and my lips look so pouted when I relax them.. I hate it. Is there a way to make my lips less pouted from the side? Please read my extra comment!⬇️
Answer: Jawline Definition / Jawline Enhancement / Facial Sculpting / Facial Contouring -- injectable fillers like Revanesse Versa For a more defined jawline to strengthen your profile (and help prevent the dreaded jawline "jowl" sagging), we use injectable fillers like Revanesse Versa - a filler known to limit swelling and give subtle, soft enhancements - or Radiesse. Using a cannula to limit pain and swelling, we inject on the bone in strategic points to get more lift and shaping, resulting in a more contoured lower face and defined, structured jawline. I would suggest getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: How to enhance the profile without surgery Hello, and thank you for providing photos along with your question. Adding volume and contouring specific areas of the face can soften some of the hardness that you believe is detracting from your appearance. While you already have a beautiful profile, you may benefit from some subtle enhancements. Using fillers strategically can soften and round out various zones of the face, including the chin. Fillers may also help you achieve the oval face shape you desire. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with a reputable board-certified facial plastic surgeon, particularly one with extensive experience with injectables. Such experts have an edge in both experience and knowledge of facial anatomy, and they can also ensure natural-looking results.

Answer: Options to balance profile In my opinion, having surgery on your nose would help to balance your profile more than anything else. I would not recommend anything else for you.

Answer: Profile Balancing First-- you look beautiful. Second-- I think if you wanted to soften your jawline/chin adding a small amount of filler in the mental crease would soften the transition from the end of your chin to your lips. Additionally it will help support your bottom lip. Best,Rosa B Lipin, MD

Answer: Creating facial balance There’s absolutely nothing wrong with your pout. I don’t know if I would do anything about that. On the other hand your chin can use a very minimal reduction which can easily be done by most plastic surgeons who have experience with such procedures. I believe this will give you the profile and the appearance you desire. I hope this answers your question and good luck from New York City Plastic Surgery
