Skin dents from Chin Liposuction - how do I improve them? (photos)

I had chin liposuction 7 months ago and have this stiff pull and feeling in my chin when I look up and also these dents. What are these and how do I improve them?

Thank you for sharing your photos. There are a few ways to treat this problem you presented, steroids to decrease scar band, botox to decrease platysma action, filler to fill in the dents and biostimulatory filler/agent to stimulate collagen. Because of each of the modality treats a different problem, nothing is more important than having either your surgeon or another provider to see you in person for a consultation.

Unfortunately,  you have is the result of overzealous liposuction. Treatment is to add fat to the area. Make sure you choose an expert in fat grafting. Correction may take 2 or more sessions at least 4 months apart.
