I am looking forward to getting a couple of surgeries that include. Rhinoplasty, under eye fat transfer, a little bit perhaps fat transfer on my lips to expunge asymmetric look. But predominantly jawbone shave and chin. That is because I don't like how angular it is and looks squarish. Where my chin protrudes when I smile. My concerns are whether my skin gets saggy and most importantly, will by any means it will change my cheek dimples. Even a little bit?
