I think I want my Medpor removed. Is it possible to remove without having necrosis set in?

specialT1
The only work I had done to my nose was a Medpor implant placed on my bridge for height 16 yrs ago & that's it. I love the result but the problem is I think it's caused my nasal passages to become too narrow making breathing a bit annoying. I know it's going to be difficult to remove but is it possible w/o having necrosis set in?
