I used a revision surgeon this time for breathing issues, nasal bump, refine the tip, trim columella, and slight twist. I know its early but I already see a few issues. I think too much was taken off under the tip. When I used to smile this part went down. Now when I smile the nose sticks straight up and my smile looks bizarre. It looks like the nose is not acting naturally. Can that be reversed, I read something is cut to make that happen and can material be added back under just not as much?
