Is my anterior nasal spine to low? (Photos)

Luminous378654
Hi! Wondering what can be done to have my lip not be so low when I smile. The center of my top lip doesn’t have the ability to rise up with the rest of my lip when i smile I think because of the anterior nasal spine? At least that’s what I am guessing? It’s not that my lip sags ( although I have extra skin flap under my top lip wich is also annoying) it’s that my lip doesn’t rise up and go straight across. The center of my lip right under the nasal bone can’t rise up any higher, and then when I smile I can hardly see my top front teeth. Please help with suggestion!!
