Nose bump and asymmetrical eyebrows - Should I do a nose job or eyebrow lift or cheek fillers? (Photos)

Hi, for years I feel very insecure about my face - there's just something very off with it. I don't have a big nose but I do have a bump and it appears bigger when I look at myself from the right side in 3/4 position. My eyebrows are also asymetrical so I'm contemplating whether to change this and when.

I'd go for the rhinoplasty first; your eyebrows are not droopy since you are young, however it is true your eyebrows and forehead shows significant asymmetry, a surgeon very well experienced with forehead and eyebrow lifts might apply a customized one raising more one side; see the link related to this answer for a case identical to yours.

We can see that you have asymmetrical eyebrows, however, having the low side raised with a direct brow lift can lead to visible scarring, and it's also a bit unpredictable. Based on very close-up two photos with the orbits being shaded out very difficult to give an accurate recommendation. Initial recommendation would be a rhinoplasty for hump reduction and a unilateral brow lift. Best of virtual concert with for more details. Expect fees to range from $8000-$10,000.
