What is this deformity called? Is it fixable and do I need rib cartilages or will ear cartilage work? (Photo)

I had a rhinoplasty and beside lots of deformitites especially and asymmetric nose tip, which I assume because of one side being higher than the other, what bothers me the most is this 3/4 side view. It looks unnaturally sharp and horrible. What is this deformity called? Is it fixable and do I need rib cartilages or will ear cartilage work?
