Callus formation on both sides of nose - how can I get rid of these? (Photos)

ST2011
It’s been a little over a year since I had my primary rhinoplasty. Upon my cast removal, I noticed two bumps on each side of the bridge of my nose. I was told it was just swelling. The bumps are still there and I believe they are hard calluses.calluses. I had a fantastic surgeon who used ultrasonic rhinoplasty. I asked him if he could rasp the calluses, but he said no, and said they aren’t a big deal. The whole reason why I wanted, the rhinoplasty was to remove the dorsal hump from my nose. With the calluses on each side of my bridge, it looks like the hump is still there, especially when I turn and have a 3/4 view. In fact, I hate any photos that are taken if they aren’t straight on. Would rasping be worth it? I don’t want to do a revision rhinoplasty but if rasping the calluses can help then I’d like to try that.
