Facial aesthetic analysis - what improvements would best suit my face? (Photos)

Here my suggestions, honest and rewarding for you:
-ear reduction of the upper pole, your ears do not stick out (the antihelix is well formed), however the upper pole is in disproportion, a non complex upper pole reduction would massively benefit you
-you thought about it, rhinoplasty is ideal for you, keep in mind yours is a high difficulty structure rhinoplasty case: boxy tip, badly verticalized lateral cruras, tension nose trait, etc; prognosis is good, but needs high end skills
-osseous genioplasty for your chin, I believe it is too sharp and might benefit from broadening (bone grafted within the osteotomy) and a tad of deprojection and vertical height shortening (to be discussed)

All the former'd make you a new person.

There is one procedure that will improve your facial balance and proportions the most, and that is rhinoplasty.There are many procedures that can enhance the aesthetic balance of the face, and patients often choose smaller treatments first due to cost or downtime. However, these rarely create the “wow” factor or long-lasting improvement that a rhinoplasty can achieve.In your case, a rhinoplasty would offer a natural but impactful enhancement. I would recommend straightening the nose to improve facial symmetry, reducing the dorsal hump to create a stronger and more refined masculine profile, and adjusting the cartilage at the tip for better definition.You may be surprised how much refining the nose can enhance the appearance of your cheekbones, jawline, and chin. When the nose is in proper proportion, the rest of the facial features look more balanced and harmonious.

You would benefit from a rhinoplasty. You have a convexity of the dorsum and need tip refinement. The tip is a little bulbous as well. You would also benefit from a chin implant. The wings of the chin implant will smooth out the mandibular appearance.

Based on your photos, you appear to have an overprojected nasal profile appearance. That means that you tip and bridge stick out too far, and this is also associated with a dorsal hump. If you have severe dissatisfaction with your nasal appearance, rhinoplasty surgery may be considered for achieving a less distracting, less projected, and more pleasing nasal profile appearance. The most significant feature of your face on the first look is flatness of your cheek bones, condition known as a malar hypoplasia. Cheek augmentation with implants would be my first recommendation. Good luck.

You look pretty good. The only thing that jumps out to me is that you have a deficient maxilla (midface). You could consider something aggressive like a jaw advancement surgery on this area vs implants vs fat grafting vs filler to build this area up.

Most important part would be achieving your ultimate weight goals for a more precise facial enhancement. You seem to have a good idea already. Beauty is subjective and you will hear many different things from each provider. I would say rhinoplasty is a good start, followed by restoring the volume of the midface (cheeks). Jawline enhancement will aim to masculinize even more your features.Hyaluronic acid filler would be a good alternative to cheeks and jawline during your weight loss process. Fat transfer will follow to some degree the variations in weight, so better leave if for the end of your journey once your weight is stable.
