Is it safe to use nasal corticosteroids (like Flonase or Nasacort) and/or antihistamines (like Allegra 180 mg) before and after Botox? I didn't want to take anything that impacts Botox functioning or causes adverse effects.

You have a condition called eyelid ptosis. Botox may help if injected properly into the glabella but it may be quite difficult to do to get your eyelids exactly symmetrical. I would recommend you see a plastic surgeon that also performs Botox so you can hear the pros and cons of each...
It's difficult to tell from your picture. I recommend following up with your injector. Botox results resolve in 3-4 months. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
Hi there
Thanks for your question. It look likes that you eyelid droop and eyebrow too. You should ask you doctor to get the Eye drops iodipine to try reverse the botox effect. And i will suggest to get hydratating tears droop too
