As a first treatment method, I would definitely recommend Botox (or similar Neuromodulator ) as you appear to have tonic contraction of the glabellar muscles (assuming you are not trying to frown in the photo) . Botox relaxes the muscle and prevents this and for patients with bulky muscles which I suspect that you have, in time the muscles also get smaller.
Osteomas are not uncommon in the forehead region, however, they are actually bony growths on the surface of the forehead bone and as such they are not compressible. There are other skin lesions that can also occur so an in person assessment would be wise.

Of course it is always best to have an in person assessment so that the facial muscles can be properly examined at rest and in animation, however, some patients do have more power on one side of the face than the other. From your photo, it looks like the right sided muscles that are lip and corner of mouth elevators are stronger on the right compared to the left so the right side pulls less opposed so to speak. Oftentimes a very small amount of Botox or other Neuromodulator injected about 1 cm lateral to the nose on the strong side weakens things a little and allows for more symmetry. An experienced injector will know how to determine the precise spot and dose.

It takes lips a full month to fully heal and settle after treatment so I would recommend waiting at this stage. Visible swelling at this stage is not unusual and it also varies between patients as well and also depends on the specific filler used. Some are more prone to cause swelling than others. The filler is placed but there is trauma to the tissues in doing so and if the upper lip needed extra injections (common and doesn't necessarily mean that more product was placed) then the extra manipulation alone can explain. The shape of your upper lip is lovely!

In my experience, I find that Radiesse is a wonderful solution for addition volume to the back of the hands. As it is a collagen and elastin stimulator, it also improves the quality of the skin. You do have significant volume loss, so likely your treatment would be best done in stages, but I would suspect that you could need 2 syringes per hand, done in 2 sessions 2 or so months apart.
You also appear to have some pigment on the skin so the "icing on the cake" so to speak would also be IPL/BBL treatments as well.
One final note - whatever products you are using on your face, also should find their way to your hands as well!

Lip treatment with a soft hyaluronic acid filler would actually help rehydrate as well as restore lost volume to help minimize the lines. Some Hyaluronic acid fillers pull more water than others, but they wouldn't dehydrate the tissue that they are placed in. An experienced injector will examine your lips and take note of the consistency, which is the way we decide which filler to use.
