Can getting Botox or Dysport while doing allergy shots theoretically increase risk of Botox or Dysport resistance or tolerance?

Very interesting question. Immunotherapy (allergy shots) is a very targeted treatment that drives your immune system to shift its response to specific allergens like ragweed. That is why they test specific allergens in your skin and then target your treatment to those specific allergens. There is definitely some thought that patients can develop antibodies to Botox and thus reduce the effectiveness of the injection. However, I am not aware of any data that would suggest concurrent allergy shots will increase your chances of creating antibodies to Botox or Dysport. Best of luck. 

The short answer to your question is probably not. However, there are no studies that have looked at the risk of neurotoxin resistance with simultaneous administration of immunotherapy (allergy shots). Would be an interesting study indeed.I would recommend proceeding with both and not worrying too much.

I don’t think your allergy shots will affect how effective your Botox injections are. You may want to ask your allergy Doctor just to make sure. 

Interesting question.   Though some people can develop an allergy to a protein in Botox and become a Botox non-responder, allergy shots should have no effect on Botox or Dysport treatments.  

I do not believe that there would be any issue with you getting Botox or Dysport treatment while having undergoing treatment for your allergies as long as you are not allergic to any of the ingredients in Botox or Dysport, of course.

Interesting question! Allergy shots are actually very dilute versions of the specific allergens that you are allergic too. For example, some people are allergic to various grasses, so allergy shots will be given that contain very small amounts of those particular grasses.
