I had botox around my eyes, and Cheek filler and my eyes are so hooded and thin crepe skin, and the filler sits high on my cheek bones and like a bruise cos it’s swollen and discoloured. Under my eyes is white, I’ve messaged the technician and she isn’t responding. What can I do?
Answer: Cheek and botox treatment Good afternoon, I'm sorry to hear you are not happy with your results so far. It can take a couple of weeks for treatment to settle down. The practitioner that has treated should review you post treatment if you have any concerns. If you are unhappy to be seen in that clinic then you could be seen in a clinic that specialises in complications. Ideally you need a face to face review. Good luck

Answer: Result Thank you for your question and photographs. Without a pre-treatment photograph, it is difficult to comment on the result of your Botox and filler treatment. If your filler treatment consisted of a hyaluronic acid, it could be dissolved using Hylenex. Botox can be properly placed to help raise the eyebrow as well. Best to follow-up with your injector and/or seek care with a more experienced injector. Good luck.

Answer: Botox, Botox and more botox It really depends on three main factors. What plane and what product the filler was injected? Was it deeper? Was it a HA or Radiesse or Sculptra? They all act a bit different and have different inflammatory phases (that is likely your hyperpigmentation issue which almost always resolves quite quickly)When it was injected? If it is still early, within the first week, you can manipulate the filler likely to get it to settle a bit more. For the hooded brow/lid that is something that can happen with botox of the forehead. It really is a matter of the technique. Botox has really become a commodity when it still is a medicine that requires a decent amount of skill and experience. Hope this helps.Best of luck.DrC

Answer: Botox and cheek filler It is common to have swelling up to 2 weeks post filler injection. Any discoloration of the skin would usually not be from Botox or fillers unless the discoloration is from bruising. In that case it could take up to 2 weeks to resolve. I would recommend scheduling a follow up with your injector. It is difficult to determine from photos alone.

Answer: Botox This should not be related to the Botox.. If the technician does not respond call the physician or clinic manager. You should have your concerns addressed. Good luck
