How long will atrophy of temporalis and masseter muscles after Botox take to return to previous size?

verinaversace
I had Botox injections done by a maxillofacial surgeon for TMJ: 15 units in each side of the temporalis, 20 and 25 units into the masseter muscles with injections in the lateral and medial pterygoid muscles. I also had Botox in the procerus and the depressor septi for cosmetic reasons. It’s now been 3 weeks following treatment and I have significant hollowing of the temporalis area and my oval face is much flatter and thinner. My face looks so gaunt, I’m really unhappy with the result.
